Adapun tema yang diangkat yaitu tentang &#8221; <strong><em>OPTIMALISASI IMPLEMENTASI BIROKRASI BERBASIS KINERJA UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN PENGADILAN UNGGUL ( <\/em>EXCELLENT COURT <em>) GUNA MENDUKUNG TERCAPAINYA VISI MAHKAMAH AGUNG<\/em>&#8220;. <\/strong>Pelaksanaan tahapan ini dimulai pukul 09.00 WIB bertempat di ruang <em>Command Center <\/em>Pengadilan Tinggi Medan.
